Estos términos regulan el acceso y uso de ExamiNáutica y la contratación de sus planes de suscripción. Al registrarte aceptas estas condiciones.

1. Registration and account

To access the content, you need to create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the activity on your account.

2. Plans and subscription

We offer a limited free plan and paid plans (monthly and annual) with full access. Prices and what's included are shown on the page of prices. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

3. Payment and billing

Payment is made through a secure gateway. You will receive an invoice for each charge. Applicable taxes are indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Right of withdrawal

As this is digital content with immediate access, by purchasing you accept that the service begins immediately. Please see our refund policy to know the cancellation and refund conditions.

5. Use of content

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials, mass downloading, or redistributing content (theory, tests, PDFs, and simulations) is prohibited.

6. Service availability

We work to provide a continuous service, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance or technical reasons. The material is for support and does not guarantee passing the exam.

7. Cancellation and withdrawal

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your profile; you will retain access until the end of the already paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
